This has been a great place to live. The apartment is big and well-kept (closets are tiny), maintenance is the best I've ever had in an apartment, grounds are clean and beautiful, pools are great and always working. Staff is polite and knowledgable, security gates work 99% of the time - a few breakdowns but hardly ever. I read the only other entry about criminal activity and a bad neighborhood and I've never seen anything to indicate it's a bad neighborhood - no bums, trash, etc, and the police are not constantly there. Upstairs neighbors can be a problem if they are heavy walkers or children but side to side there is no noise. I would recommend as a great place to live.
