Great apartments with a few problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   The grounds are well kept and green with unique apartment layouts. With the two and three bedroom apartments I have found that the smaller bedrooms are very hot in the summer, at least those that face East. When asked to check the A/C unit the maintenance crew simply closed the vent in the bathroom stating that the problem was resolved but the smaller bedroom continued to be very hot. My car was broken into once as well in 2001. The fitness center is good, with two cycles, three treadmills, an old stair stepper, weight machine center and television. Two pools, one heated in winter. Excellent location and quiet community. Lots of traffic noise though if near Northern on north side of community. Rent is expensive but the apartment is almost perfect.
