Nothing like waking in the middle of the night to see your car being broken into. Equity Properties doesn't care a lick about the security of tenents' property. The main gates are open throughout the night and it really attracts the thieves who roam the complex at will.

The best thing going for this property when I was there was the peace and quiet.

Just make sure your car has an alarm system.
