RENT- Regarding review above From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   A helpful hint for the reviewer below. Start saving your money now, you'll need it. I was told my rent would increase 3% and they raised it nearly 3 times that! 8%!! It's not the management here but Equity that is responsible. They will NOT let you negotiate so don't bother trying. They are at full capacity here so you either pay the close to 10% rent increase, or MOVE....Equity does not care, as long as the apartment is occupied. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
