My fiancee and I were looking for apts to move into when we get married. He moved into Bellridge and I signed my name on the lease planning to move into the apt after our marriage. They said fine.
Well, we had to pay a 100 decorating fee before he moved in and when he did move in, nothing was decorated! The refrigerator had mold at the bottom and the whole apt smelled like smoke. It looked like nothing was changed except for the carpet!
My fiancee also heard numerous accounts of robbery within the complex. There is virtually no security! The staff manager is a rude and unprofessional man named Dave who doesn't care about the tenants' well being...only collecting his check. If I can rate the whole complex overall, I would rate it with a zero. Think twice about signing the dotted line for this place, especially with their pages and pages of rules and misleading information!!
