You should expect all apliances to break every few months. You should expect your car to be broken into. You should expect your apartment to be broken into at least one time. You should expect to have numerous encounters with bums asking for change/beer/cigarettes. If you value trash, there will a lot to be found on the premises. I hope you like gun fire because you will certainly hear some. It has a similar feel to Mexico. Anyone who rated this apartment higher than a 1 in any category is not honest or is crazy.
