I have lived here for several years and I've noticed this place is deteriorating at an alarming rate.

Management doesn't seem concerned about making necessary repairs, safety of the tenants nor fumigating for the growing number of cockroaches. I've called several times to be added to the list to have my apartment fumigated but have waited in vain.

There are SEVERAL loud parties EVERY night here and SECURITY is a joke, [much like a good nights sleep], as when you call, they may or may not show -- just like the maintenance crew.

The place is OVERRRUN with pit bulls now, who most of the time are NOT on leashes, in spite of the leash "law" that is in effect. Don't think its a problem' Have you ever been charged at or bitten by a pit bull'

There is dog feces EVERYWHERE, including the sidewalks and no one bothers to clean up after their pets, or their unsupervised children who throw half eaten sandwiches or food wrappers where ever they want...but that is so much better than the broken beer bottles or the DAILY/NIGHTLY fights from the loud drunks, druggies, prostitutes or ex-cons who now inhabit this dwelling. I don't believe they screen tenants anymore, they grab whomever or WHATEVER they can to fill the apartments and its the WORKING residents who SUFFER, as most of the tenants now seem to be unemployed or unemployable...

So many of the apartments are overly crammed with people, even the smaller one bedrooms...its as if the office staff is charging by the person.

There is a rumor going around that management is going to raise the rents AGAIN and for what' Old and often broken down appliances, slap dash repairs, no privacy and no peace of mind, cause if you have a car, it WILL get broken into.

The only reason I stay is its all I can afford. The place is an overrated, overpriced PIG STYE.

Do NOT move here -- its a scary nightmare...it truly deserves a lower rating than zero...

This is so true its pathetic! But this person forgot to mention how the office staff will lie to the tenants about everything....that many of the tenants have accused the maintenance staff of theft while in their apartments....and security can't or won't do anything about the growing number of car thefts, robberies or drunken fist fights that are happening nightly!!!
