I lived here for only 6 months and hated it. In the first 4 days I lived here my car got broken into. I did have cockroaches in my apartment and they could not/would not get rid of them. They have pigeons all over that ---- on the balcony constantly (hope you all know that can cause SERIOUS health problems, look it up) they make you put up your own netting instead of getting rid of the problem. They are inconsiderate to tragedies in your family and are NOT kind on late fees what so ever. The gym sucks. Point being if you like your car being broke into, seeing fist fights just stepping outside your door, cockroaches, pigeons waking you up every morning, and lots of broken appliances (not to mention the poor lighting inside) move here. I would take all this into consideration. Also the local stores suck, have horrible produce and old food in the deli all the time. they are often out of stock of the items you need most.

Pidgeon poop everywhere....dog feces everywhere....add to the mix an alarming number of cockroaches....the office staff must FAIL an IQ test before landing the job...and the maitenance crew are nearly invisible, much like the so called security crew thats supposed to patrol between 9PM and 5AM.
Two week ago a womans apartment was broken into, they got in by KICKING in her front door, and securty didn't notice anything unusual...[I guess a door is supposed to hang off its hinges that way...] Her apartment was COMPLETELY TRASHED!!! There are loud, awful parties every night...and no one cares....except the poor tenants who are forced to live here in HELLRIDGE!!!!!!!!
