The office staff LOVES to pull that crap on tenants....I've received notices of eviction for non payment of rent, [sometimes it wasn't my apt. number on the notice, someone was just too lazy to walk upstairs and place it on the correct door!) I was cited for having an illegally installed dish and was given 24 hours to remove it....the fact that I didn't have a satelite dish somehow escaped them, they also left a nasty letter on my door for leaving trash and boxes on my patio, AND I DON'T HAVE A PATIO, that was one of my neighbors...and they seem to forget to make repairs or keep promises to spray against the alarming number of cockroaches that have INFESTED this complex. This place is a nasty hell hole and the office staff are idiots who love to harrass the tenants....if you need more stress in your life, then you need to live here.
