Where do I even start' I have been asking for repairs on my apartment for 4 weeks now. One of the repairs is my oven, and the other major one is my dishwasher. I have put in work orders 3 times and still no repairs. I don't even like for the maintenance workers to come into my apartment because of numerous rumors about them stealing things from apartments. I still have no copy of my leasing agreement after numerous inquiries. There are high school kids running around spray painting stuff, and for some reason there is an old man that goes around digging in the trash (apparently he works for the complex.) You will NEVER be informed that you need to resign your lease and you will constantly be wondering just when it is up since you can't get a copy of it. The plumbing sucks and there are hundreds of roaches slinking around. Both my neighbors leave trash outside on the deck (roaches love that.) Don't even think of the complex being lit at night, since some idiot or idiots come by almost every day and break or knock the light fixtures down. The laundry facility is a piece of garbage, and don't even think of leaving your laundry alone. It will get taken eventually. I have seen bums handing out in there and doing laundry. Don't even think of trying to get your neighbors reprimanded for bad behavior either, it won't work. There was a man killed here about a month ago, and no-one in the complex was notified. I have heard of break ins and not so much as a peep from management. The only good thing about this apartment is the cheap rent, but seriously, you get what you pay for. It is not worth feeling like you are in jail everyday. Even the jails are cleaner and nicer. Oh yeah, the parking sucks too, you don't have covered parking and the parking lot is usually under water for some reason unknown to me.

Let me tell you, the only way they could EVER rent these apartments..is by NOT showing them to perspective tenants.....as they do NOT clean in between rentals, they do NOT paint, they do NOT change the carpet...One of my neighbors had a HUGE flood from the apartment above...he ended up moving out....they rented it, by showing the tenant ANOTHER apartment...this poor tenant is now STUCK, with water damaged cabinets, walls and ceilings...as he signed a years lease....
***BEWARE*** THERE IS NO SECURITY....MGMT, decided to save money and not renew the contract with the old security company....I've called several times to find out if they've hired anyone....I've been given the LAMEST excuses for not passing out the number, "Huh, I had it here a minute ago...." "I'm not sitting at my desk right now...," "The manager is out of the office right now and I don't have the number...." or my favorite...."Why do YOU need the number anyway...." DUH? All the LOUD MUSIC, the FIGHTING....the SCREAMING!!!.....The sound of breaking glass....could be the security lights, the beer bottles or someones car!!!!
I was kept up for THREE nights in a row....I complained to the office staff and NOTHING HAPPENED.....

I couldn't agree more. This is the worst place I have ever lived. I have a child and when I do have to work late for any reason I am afraid for her life. About the shooting mentioned in the other review...it was 3 shootings. one killed and one committed suicide. They don't clean before you move in, I moved from out of state and only looked at the model prior to renting. The model is decent and would be worth the $500 but the actual unit is a pit. My closet doors have been "fixed" about 10 times, my vanity drawer falls off the tracks every day, they have "ordered new tracks" about 15 times since august and amazingly they still haven't arrived. I'm missing a door in the vanity that covers the water heater, that's attractive. My kitchen sink started spraying water towards the ceiling and it took them 2 weeks to fix that. This is the worst place in the USA. My stove hasn't worked correctly from the day I moved in over a year ago. They have been threatening to fix it or replace it every week. I do call every week and it doesn't make difference. I haven't had roaches too bad but I have had them. I also have them spray every friday. The pidgeons are horrible I don't even go to the patio. it's toxic and they charge you $20 to power wash it. And then don't show up until at least the 3rd or 45th scheduled time. stay away, far away.
oh yeah they quoted me the wrong rent too. my lease is up in March with a free month in April. I'm not even using the free rent, i'm getting the hell out of this dump. If i wasn't worried about messing up my credit I would have hauled ass out of here the minute I walked in. peace out Hell Ridge

Thank you all, I was about to move into these places. I will lose my security deposit, but I would rather that than be unhappy with roaches, and crime. I went there one night for a walk through, and one girl was scared to tell me anything, and one lady told me a lot of things. She told me about the pets pooping all over the ground, and about the roaches, but I would have never taken a walk through if it had not been for your comments.
