I am a current resident at Bellridge Apartments and I have to say this is the worst place I have ever seen in my life. Since I have moved in here in December of 2008 I have had nothing but problems with my apartment and the staff/managers (now a complete new staff who is just as terrible as the last). A few months ago I had an inspection done on my apartment at which time I prepared a list for them of problems with the apartment and I had already told them about numerous times. This list included a not just leaking faucet it was flowing, thousands of cockroaches everywhere, dishwasher doesn't work, toilet flushes once every 10 flushes, disposal doesn't work at all, my storage closet has no door handle on it since I moved in, no closet doors, bedroom window doesnt open and Im sure there are other things I have missed. On top of all the problems I had with the apartment there has been too many break-ins, a few shootings, parties day and night, loud music whether it be hip-hop or mexican whatever you call it, numerous fights and yelling, and trash digging maintenance workers (yes thats true), oh and also fellow males dont let your wives walk around here alone. In conclusion Bellridge Apartments is a disgusting, repulsive, unhealthy, infested, disturbing (I can go on and on but you get the point) place to live. Please do not move here, and another thing if your a future MMI student look into either the Villas @ Cave Creek or Crossroads Apartments, they are nicer and I believe they are cheaper as well.
