Probably Going to Find Someplace Else to Live

The first three months I was here (March-June 2008) were fine. Nice, professional, quiet place to live. I felt safe, secure, and had no problems.

Not so any longer. I think they're renting to high school students, or something. 4:00 am pool parties. Whopping and yelling at 2 am on week nights (they must not have to get up and go to work). If you must rent here, stay away from pool area. That is where they gather. Huge stereo speakers outside their door, blasting music until late at night. I guess they think everyone wants to hear their music. Even when it's 116 degrees outside, they have their apartement doors open so they can run around screaming and yelling at one another.

Junked up, wrecked, trashed cars that stay parked, covered with dust, for weeks (months') without ever moving. One exit gate stays open all the time now.

I had a strange man knocking on my door at 1:30 am. Wrong apartment. Must have come out for a "bootie call." From the way guys come and go at all hours in a couple of the girls' apartments, I'd say they're "in the business."

Power outage for 2-3 days last week. Now looked up to a generator. To their credit, it's probably not their fault and they are trying to fix it. They work on the grounds constantly trying to keep it nice looking.

I don't think they're screening their residents any longer. It appears they will rent to anyone who can scrape up the money.

Lots of dogs pooping in the grass. Owners just leave it to attract flies.

Definitely going to start apartment hunting. (By the way, it's 2:20 as I write this. I got woke up again to screaming and yelling.) God, I love this hell hole.

Just Curious, What Building do you live in? The Tan or the Blue.... Can't speak for the Tan Building, but as for the Blue, I can.... On this side it's a very friendly side, many neighbors have gotten acquainted with each other and become friends...So they have every right to gather outside and chat, lay by the pool...They are all respectful and try keep the volume down, but where I draw the line is the weekends, were all graduates and professionals ranging from 26-33 and if we want to hang by pool, celebrate a birthday, then chill out.....The music has never been blasting from open doors, or people running around like their heads cut off... Yes at times we should simer down, but were young and enjoying life....Maybe you should too. Were always respectful if the noise gets to loud, This is a cool place to be since it's like a little community, everyone looks out for each other....So quit complaining.....If you life in the Tan Side then this message is not for you, But if your in the Blue Side then this is for you.....Peace and good luck at your next place... Go Blue, Your My Boy Blue :-)

You should totally find somewhere else to live. This way other people like you will not move in.
