The Biltmore Center is low income housing that has had a face lift, but not for the tenant's best interest. Only so Silver Developments can make a dime. I lived on the second floor and had water damage in my bedroom after a monsoon storm. After the first time, I was told that they can't fix the roof until the rain stops and they figure out where all of the leaks are. So my bed and personal belongings ALL suffered from water damaged. I also lived with bubbles the size of basketballs in my ceiling that leaked every time it rained. After the second monsoon season, water leaked into the ceiling even worse, causing the bubbles to burst in the room. Their solution to the problem'' Cut a 2x4 hole in my ceiling and leave it uncovered for more than a week! My apartment then became damp and smelled of must and mildew. No matter what I tried the smell would not go away. I had to throw all of my things out, because Silver Developments, refused to fix the problem in a professional way. Now, they are trying to charge ME money in damages!! They also installed the toilet wrong and it leaked causing water damage inside the walls...They only care about making a buck for themselves and not helping the tenant live comfortably.

I wonder where you lived? I live on the 2nd of floor of The Biltmore Center and could not agree more with you! I live there because it fits my budget and utilities are included. The place is getting more and more and more GHETTO every month! I'm glad you posted the ad. I hate the place and can't wait for my lease to be up.:)

I moved out of the Biltmore Center Apartments when they made their ill-fated decision to go condo and refused to renew leases. I was mad at the time, but I am now very happy to be out of there.
