I lived at these apartments for 2 years and haven't seen one roach in all of that time. Complex is under new owner/management and not sure how response time for maintenance will be affected. Apartments near parking lot subjected to usual noice. But windows in units seem particularly thin. Hot water comes from a boiler and therefore takes awhile to get into unit for showers. But they pay for the water, so I guess you shouldn't worry. The convenience of having a washer and dryer in your apartment is great! Would probably have stayed if I hadn't moved out of town.
