Too Yupscale for down-to-earth me

Typical corporate owned and managed type of place where you get the same ol sales pitch and I predict the same ol kind of treatment.

I prefer a smaller place where I can actually talk to the owner if there actually is one'

HOA s aren t for me way way too restrictive

Think I ll stick with wher I live for now where the owner actually knows who I am.
