crim. justice student renter From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I am getting an apartment here. The office staff has been great here. It is very quiet. Also the asst. manager left. From what I heard she was a loud mouth. You don't have to worry about coins for the laundry anymore because they are on cards. The apartments are clean. The staff is very honest with you. I'll will write more when I have been living here for a while. The doors do look small to get a couch in. I also will have a dog and they are being really good about that. By the way I am a criminal justice student so if they try anything with me I will tell them about the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act. So far they have followed it. I went over it with my professor so I understood everything and that they can't screw me.
