resident for over 5 years.
good
-not an overly violent side of the street (notice how i said side)
-semi decent housekeeping/yard workers (although loud in the morning if you work nights)
-clean walkways
bad
-loud (too many children, and loud cars with loud music that drive by)
-bad management (old staff was ok, new staff are arabic, hard to understand english, rude and lazy) **the pool near office closes at 10pm management staff goes in and uses after and sometimes until 1am WTF'**
-interior is cheap, everything is reused unless broken (except carpet which might be just old cleaned one who knows)
-when something breaks (dishwasher, sink, shower) it takes up to 5 days before someone even leaves a note saying they will come in
-laundry facilities never work, take days to fix, cost a shiz load to use
-parking is always used by other people, rather than the tennants that pay for them
and cars sit for over 6 months before stickered
-lights rarely replaced outside
-AC never fixed when broken, takes 3 sometimes 4 attempts by several staff before finally working
-staff never in office when needed, and when they are they dont speak enough english to understand what your saying
