Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2009
i just came from a site where i looked up brookfield terrace. it states microwave ,
dishwasher , security and so much more. someone should look into that because ive been here 10 yrs ( and on my way out ) and i'll take a lie detector test and pay for it for what im stating. no one has a dishwasher , it does not come w/ a microwave ,
we have no security , there are 13 entrances to get in. the main door on 19th ave. is
open 6am to 10pm. the other "12 SAFETY DOORS" for residents only and a separate key
from your aapartment key no longer have any locks or door knobs. "12 safety doors "
are open 24/7. roaches, fleas , bedbugs and God knows what else. had 2 dumpsters. cutting costs, now 1 dumpster and you have to put garbage next to it. i believe there's 135 apartments for 1 std. size dumpster. i use google, okay' one day, somehow,i ended up there. there's a picture of the front of the bldg. the picture is
from the front of a dr. and dentist office between maryland and glendale. it shows 2
black (shrouded type where like the Virgin Mary statue would sit inside.) they are not even entrances. it's the way they built the bldg. it looks nice. not using our
entrance is because it would display empty apts. or people who have more stuff on the balcony then inside the apartment. why doesnt someone check it out for themselves. dont come here is all you see in reviews from (im quoting someone from the other site ) are disgruntled residents who just want to condem the place because they were evicted or from some other reason. 80 pct. of them are true as well as mine
and if you checked it out you would believe them and me. why am i still here' because
no one bothers me and i have walmart on bethany home and 19th ave. and fry's at 19th
and glendale. it's easy to doubt my rating and again that quote above. but it's true.
