If your an illegal From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. The A/C almost never works, my APS bill was an avg of $250 a month. They are saying that the 2 bedroom Apts or 860 sq ft, this is not true they are more like 560 sq ft. The homeless people are everywhere, and every other apt is rented to Illegal's from Mexico. Their are non stop fights, and non-stop children very young running around at night around 10 to 1 in the morning. The cops are here every single night. They past out flyers a couple months ago to stop calling 911. The management is the worst. For $679 a month you can find a beautiful apt somewhere else. If your credit is a problem I would just wait until you can pay 3 months rent and go somewhere where you won't be afraid to take your children out of your home. The drug deals are aboundt here so many all the time. The maintence doesn't speak any english so if you have a problem do not expect to have anything fixed. They do not even have screen on any windows, so if you have children do not plan on opening your windows, not to mention all of the pigeons that crap everywhere. Stay as far away as you can.
