I normally don't write this kind of stuff...if I do leave feed back, it's usually about music. But after reading the previous posting, I had to say something. What this person wrote is wrong. The person that wrote that is A) a child B)office staff or C)both. Who in their right mind, would recommend this place' The only people that seem to enjoy this hole are the ones that don't speak English. I lived here for 2 years. The 1st year cause I was new to the valley and had limited time to find a place...plus my credit WAS bad. The 2nd year, my wife and I, was so caught up in working (plus the rent was cheap)...we didn't really look for another place. Big mistake. Honestly, year 1 was OK. The was a guy who worked here (wont say his name) he was cool. Helpful. He actually tried to fix this place up. After I signed the 2nd lease..he left. That's when things went from bad to worse. The staff changes more than it rains. There are more cats than people. They say gated, but the gate is broke (I don't think it ever worked). Bird crap ever where (with the birds nesting above your windows). If something breaks (Lord forbid it's your AC) don't exepct anyone for a couple days (it broke twice in the 2 years we have been here). The best part is in the last 3 weeks, they have sprayed for roaches (it did not help). What people wrote about this place is true. ALL OF IT. Kids really need to be taught on how credit works and if they don't believe you, when you say it matters, bring them here for 1 day. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the place...
