This place is in a prime location for all of the revitalization about to take place in Copper Square, but this apartment community doesn't see the potential they have ahead of them.
Instead, the gates always get left open by pedestrians and the locking mechanisms don't work. Dog droppings are throughout the community and the office staff doesn't see it as their job. The parking structure is a mess when it rains. You can barely get into your apartment without getting drenched. The condition of our apartment upon move-in was subpar and nothing has really been done to fix it. The garage is full of abandoned cars on the first level - flat tires, so dusty you can barely see the color and expired tags. The cars get stickered, but then never get towed.
The office staff is constantly turning over and there is no consistency. When going into the office, you have to wait for a while before someone will come out of their office and help you. When they come out, there seems to be an unwillingness to help which is obvious from their lack of enthusiasm. They act as if residents are a disruption of their work.
Overall, I would highly discourage people from living here. Truly not the best experience we've had.
