An Awesome Place for an Awesome Price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I am a student at ASU downtown and I live in a 1 bedroom and I have no complaints. The area is not that nice but as a woman, I do not feel unsafe at all here. The staff is really nice and helpfull. This is one of the few places I could afford on a student budget. I would reccomend it to anyone of my friends. I love the parking garages, and the various courtyards also. The other residents are very friendly but for the most part everyone kind of keeps to themselves. It is very quiet at night which is something I was looking for. I will definately be renewing my lease next year.
