Unreliable Pricing From: artgirll Date posted: 1/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Up until this last week we were pretty happy with our apartment. We have been here for 2 1/2 years and renewed our contract once before but this time was a different story. They left us a notice stating that our rent was going to go up $180 and they gave us NO notice. Basically we are supposed to give them 60 days notice and they gave us the notice 50 days before our lease is up so we will end paying more for the extra days. The staff is very rude and have no flexibility.
