Overall, I would say Camden Copper Square is a good place to live. I never had any problems with the leasing staff or the apartment complex itself. Although, I did go month to month at the end of my lease, and my rent skyrocketed..so be aware. Also, make sure you write down the condition of your apartment when you receive it and make copies. They wanted to charge me extra for damages to the apartment that were already there when i moved it. Needless to say, I had proof that the damages were not caused by me. The area around the apartment complex is a little seedy, but it is slowly getting better. (Just don't walk east on Van Buren and you should be ok). The pool area was always great..and the I always took advantage of the free gym. They just got new equipment in september/october. The grounds are always kept nice..even after the monsoons when all the trees would be knocked down. So, overall, I would recommend this place to others..close to sporting events, good restaurants, and easy access to highways.
