Camden Copper Square

Great Location; Modern Units; Affordable Prices From: rivageseulb Date posted: 8/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I lived in Camden Copper Square for two years and had a very positive experience. The units were clean, the staff was responsive, and the amenities (pool, workout room, covered parking, business center and clubhouse) were first rate. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in the central Phoenix area. Just a few blocks from the heart of dowtown, you really can't beat the location. The whole area is transforming --and in a good way. New resaurants, clubs, bars, and bookstores are opening all the time. The units are within walking distance of the Arizona Center, downtown ASU, Pizzeria Bianco, and Chase Field and U.S. Airways Arena. You also have easy access to the I-10 highway and the new Phoenix light rail system. My only word of caution is to make sure you give a full 30 days notice of intent to vacate the apartment. I failed to do this and ended up paying several hundred dollars extra for my final month in the unit.
