Even though the grounds are manicured and the apartments are nice, the managment is very poor. Most of the neighbors are employed, upper class individuals, but this is NOT a place for anyone who is even remotely social. People are constantly observing their neighbors movements and reporting them to the manager. As a relatively small complex, this can be difficult to live in such a hostile environment and the manager has a problem with irratic behavior. I have observed her on several occaisions having dramatic, violent outbursts. She appears extremly unstable and I believe that she is an alcoholic with anger management problems. I sincerly can't wait until my lease is up. BUYER BEWARE!
