This Place is Awesomely Horrible! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   First let me say that I think this website is great. I wish I had known about these reviews before I moved in. I would have never chosen to live here. I can't wait til my lease is up and I can get out. My car was broken into in the "restricted access" parking garage. Whomever it was, made off with several hundred dollars worth of items and damaged the interior. This of course, was quickly swept under the rug. We certainly don't want prospective tenants to see what they are getting into. It's not safe to live here. The garage has also been vandalized on several occasions. Whenever you enter or exit the parking garage, there is always someone who doesn't belong in the garage waiting to get in. Arizona Parking Solutions (the provider of the parking services) does nothing about these unauthorized entrants. Once these people get in the garage, they have access to the entire complex and every vehicle in the garage. I am not kidding when I say it is not safe to live here. The water heaters are way too small. After 2 people shower, there isn't any more hot water. No one else can shower and you can't do laundry or dishes. It takes forever for them to recover. For a new building, I am less than impressed with the door and window seals. The heater/air conditioner rarely shuts off and is ridiculously noisy when it's on. The units are poorly insulated for sound and climate control. Forget ever getting a good nights sleep again. Between the freeway noise and the upstairs neighbors, I haven't slept in weeks. The trash stiuation is a joke on the weekends. The trash chutes are always full and garbage is stacked up or thrown around the trash chutes. It's so nice to see garbage all over the garage. Plus the garage is so dirty, you can't even see the lines to park your car. This also makes for very dirty cars. Don't even bother washing your car, it will be covered in dust in less than a day. Since the place is still under construction, there are nails all over the garage. It has cost me a fortune just getting tires repaired, not to mention the time wasted at the tire shop. Management doesn't do anything to keep the garage clean. I won't repeat all of the other bad things that people have written or said about this place, but I will say that everything they have written/said is true. This place is horrible. Management doesn't care once you sign a lease. Update: I don't know if anyone else is having problems with the garage remotes, but they seem to be crap. You sit in front of the gate for 5 minutes just trying to get it open. They are totally useless.
