I have lived here since they opened. Since all the breka ins I have become hestitant about living here. I have to agree about the staff-once you sign a lease and they get their commission you are nothing. When you move in you are told everyone is screened--that's not so- if you have the money they will lease it to you--this place has not being leasing very well due to the high prices so they just lease to fill the place up. The majority of people here are nice but you have some really bad class of people also--go figure this--pictures stolen off the walls, pool furniture--how does someone on the outside do this--this is an inside job.

The place is actually nice-but they charge way too much and give new people discounts and lower rent than the people living here. Did you know that you can get a 2 bedroom for less than the tiny 1 bedroom'''

I am looking to move when my lease is up. There are lots of other apartments in the area that have better rates, more square footage, no pets or kids and don't raise their rates because they want to keep their tenants.

I have to say that Jason (maintenance) has been great-but they even work his tail off--he works alone alot of times (weekends) while the office staff has 3-5 people who are sitting around with their friends, going to lunch etc.

I would not recommend this place to anyone moving in unless they are from south of the border. That's what this place is becoming !!

They don't care about the tenants. When you complain about the people following you in the garage at night they just shrug their shoulders. And the "so called-courtesy patrol" who the heck are they--you never see them and they never call you back. The crime is over and done before any action is done and that is usually because someone has called the police..What exactly is all this high rent money going for!!!!!!!!
