Unfortunately, the majority of these reviews are written anonymously which does not allow us to address many of these concerns with those who believe there are problems left unresolved. If these anonymous residents were to discuss their concerns with any staff member, or if they had a genuine interest in resolving these issues, they would know...We do care! Like neighborhoods all over the valley (including personal residences, apartments, businesses, etc.)...crime does occur, but the difference is...we don't try to hide it from our residents. It's important we keep our residents informed so they can take measures to protect themselves or their personal property. Reduction in crime comes from self awareness and education and that is what we are promoting when we send out community letters. Our goal is to help make everyone's experience at Camelback Square a pleasurable and happy one, but we cannot achieve this with people who refuse to identify themselves. We're here to help! We cannot be helping our residents by avoiding the issue. For our Prospective Residents: Please give us the opportunity to answer any of your questions or to address any of your concerns! We would be happy to!!! For our Current Residents: We welcome your comments and concerns!!! This can only help us improve the lifestyle at Camelback Square! In order to write our comments, we had to review our community too. We have put ourselves in a neutral position by selecting (3) in ALL AREAS, however, it is not a true depiction of how we view Camelback Square. With regards to question #4 (Safety)...Our lease agreement clearly states we do not guarantee safety or security (like all other communities). We're confident you'll find Camelback Square a great place to live!! Please stop by to see for yourselves why Camelback Square was recently voted "Best Built Property" by the Arizona Multi-Housing Association". We look forward to meeting you!
