Living in Camelback Square there is no privacy.I can hear people having conversations in their apartments just walking down the corridors.Imagine what I can hear from my neighbors! I have seen the maintanance people sifting through trash at mail. There are issues with carpet bubbling and other shotty workmanship. And the parking is a bit of a nightmare.Cars driving too quickly around the parking garage and exiting onto a teeny bit of road now being taken up by someone wanting in.Then around 5 or 6,everyone seems to come home and the entry gate is right by the mail boxes. So it's the usual in and out issues, only with a lot more people. The landscaping people come around 5 or so in the mornings during the summer.Nothing like having a day off to relax and sleep in and wake from a leaf blower. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything.Don't end up on the side overlooking Ajo Al's.There is a noise pollution issue there! The office buildings landscaping and sweeper truck. The restaurant blasting music from the bar, people shouting in the parking lot.Geez.I just want a little quiet.

I agree with this review. I have lived in Camelback Square for over 6 months and have found the place to be over priced for what you really get. The pool areas and most balcony's reflect noise so that even the most normal converstation get echoed. The office staff is adequate at best. And parking garage? You mean raceway. I've asked them to post speed limit signs or atleast the dome mirrors so you can see around corners - nothing when it comes to safety. Mailboxes are in the most inconvenient of locations and there is not outgoing mail drop box.
They have now changed the name to Monticello Camelback and are trying to sell the apartments as condos - buyer beware.
