these units are nice enough, tall windows, nice counter tops, glass cabinets, and pergo flooring. However the flooring bubbles up in certain places, fire alarms are your own personal alarms clocks, and if they dont wake you up the groundskeepers at 5:00am are happy to do the job. Security was the main reason that my roomate and I moved here. However I had my new beachcruiser stolen from the bike rack inside the garage, with a lock on it, within the first week. The new management has made it a point not to smile, or say hi to residents, I mean we are only paying there salary, but who are we to complain. The positives are that when your light bulbs burn out in the track lighting (which they will at least once a month) the friendliest person at Camelback Square Anthony will come and replace them for you. Anthony is the best attribute this property has. By the way notice that the only pool that is heated is the one right outside the leasing office, and it is the only pool with padded covers on the chairs.
