I think the place is very nice From: crl15 Date posted: 9/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   My apartment is in a building corner, so most my walls are exterior. Noise is not a big problem (except the people below me just got an amplified sub-woofer) The location is great. I was the first resident in my unit, so it is all brand new (well, a year old now). There used to be a lot of false fire alarms as pin heads pulled the fire boxes. But management put covers on the boxes that spray dye when pulled. Problem fixed. Mail boxes not too convenient. But the lobby, exteriors and hall ways look much more like a nice hotel than an apartment. Guests almost always comment on that. However, now they're going condo and the prices are about what a single-family dwelling would cost. I'll have to decide soon if I should stay or buy a house. I'm not sure if a condo will appreciate like a house.
