My sister and I lived there for about a year. She still lives there, I moved due to work. This is the best place I have rented! We lived on the third floor with one neighbor, very quiet. I rarely saw people in the halls for it being such a big complex. Parking isn't the best, but I've never had/heard of any vandalism with cars, seen no graffiti, just a ways from my place. All of the gates are locked with the exception of the outside parking (other than the parking garage). You could hear music walking by the doors, but very minimal. I would blast my music and barely hear it from outside. Very spacious, w/loft. The AC bill was very very high for quite some time but it was eventually fixed. Any other tiny problems we had were resolved very quickly.
