HAZARD From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   The first day I walked in and turned the switch, my place went on fire. I couldnt open my front window because people can walk by and see right in and then want to steal. There were no screens on the windows and leaks in the bathroom vent. The place was practically vacant with perverts peeking through my closed blinds. They have it more populated now and probably have made some changes. This was in 2004. The management was always helpful and tried to fix things thats one good thing. But my place going on fire right away was not. That is something that should have been checked. So take it as you want to maby you will be happy but I was NOT. I ended my lease after 3 weeks even tho it cost me a lot.
