its not that bad... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Ive only lived here for about 3 months now as far as the whole fitness center fee...yea i must agree that is bull ----..i dont even have one. if your late on rent they do charge $55.00 extra i dont really like that but hey just be on time.....One thing i absolutely cant stand about these apartments is PARKING!!! its horrible. if u have visiters u might as well either give up your space or let them know to not even pass the gate...because there not going to find a space.... you even have people parking in fire lanes...which is a problem i for one have a problem with this... my parking space is located right where people just love to park which is the fire lane when they are parked there i cant even get in my own space....i hate it!!! when i first moved in i must say that there was a case of roaches i dont have that problem now but yea definetaly messy tenants....... also there is lots of trash that is left on the grounds they should really get on that. but as far as the complex itself although its very small i enjoy living here. i have a 2 bedroom its very spacious i love it. i havent had a problem with management but let them try to get in face about somethin'''''.....they aint ready for this....
