Rude management

I was a prospective tenant. When I asked to see an apartment, the manager who has short red hair and glasses told me to go look at an apartment they were working on; she did not take me to it; she pointed where I should go look at it... It was a disgusting apartment on the outside. There was trash and animal poop on the patio, the fence was broken and the outside was very dirty. It was a dump.

When asked if there were any other apartments, she told me to come back in a couple of weeks. I came back and she said-- "You again" in a rude tone.

Again, I asked her if there were any other apartments available, the maintance man said yes, but she slammed her hand on the desk and said "NO!"
She refused to show me any other apartments and told me to call again the middle of next month. She was easily annoyed with any questions I had.

I was a good prospective tenant. I am a clean, well dressed person, and the manager was very rude and not helpful at all. There is also an older gentleman in the office, but she dominates him as well as the maintance man.


I do not want her as my landlord or apartment manager. She probably did me a favor.
