Screw you over From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   We went in the beginning of April to put in our 30 day notice. The lady checked our lease date and said that it wasn't until the end of May and that we should come back the beginning of the month then. We come back and suddenly we were to give a 60 day notice. So this girl, who convieniently doesn't work there anymore, misled us and cost us an extra $600 . We moved anyhow. They also take forever and a day to get things fixed, if they do at all. We waited over a month for a new dishwasher, the shower area had a hole in the wall which they "supposedly" fixed, and they had to come back more than 3 times to get the A/C fixed, which was costing us over $30 in extra electricity and it was hot in the apartment, and we had a child under 6 months. You have to hound them to get anything done. There have been shootings there. Cars are always getting broken into. There are beer cans/bottles all over. The sidewalks are covered with pigeon droppings and stunk, and the grass is full of dog poo, even though they aren't suppose to leave it there. They need to get a steady management team who won't screw you over, gets things fixed ASAP, and looks into those who trash the grounds. The only good thing was our parking spot.
