Everything went wrong!!!!

Where do I start, everything went wrong. I was very unhappy the whole time I was there, If I had the money I would have broken my lease to move out earlier.
* I moved in to find no one had cleaned the apt. before I moved in, it was filthy. I spent hours cleaning the apt. I let them know but they did not offer any reimburcment for me cleaning what they should have done.
* I had no hot water- so maintenance came to take a look at the water heater in the outside storage. I dont know what the guy did all of a sudden I see a bunch of water spraying everywhere. It ruined a lot of books and boxes I had kept in the closet. There was sediment everywhere, the outside carpet stayed wet for days. They reimbursed me for my things but you cant put a price on personal items.
* The maintenance came but to fix something one day when I was not home, I gave them permission to enter but I never thought the worker would leave the spare key hanging in the whole in my door. Thank god no one saw it- they could have robbed me.
* It rained really hard one night- I came into the living room in the morning to find a small lake in my living room. The popcorn ceiling somewhow broke free and got water all over my brand new couch I had bought a few months prior, and over the carpet. they came to fix it, but not good enough because low and behold a few weeks later it rained and it happend again, on my couch and on the carpet. They came back and fixed it right. all the did was offer to clean the couch, not replace it. No one ever came to clean it.
* I went to put in a 30 day notice when moving out- But no they want a 60 day notice. We had to stay one month more when I was living in hell. Who has 60 day notices- no one but them.
* I would go to get a air filer refill but they never had any.
* We got a dog- they wanted $300 deposit half refundable. But they never gave the other half back, they used it as a pet carpet cleaning fund. There didnt need to be anything clean. They were going to take the other half anyways, they just dont tell you.
