My boyfriend and I moved into this complex about a month ago. During the initial tour the manager spoke of a heated pool, workout room, Indoor spa, and sauna. Since we moved in only one of these ammenities has become avalable to us, that being the work out room. This room was promised to be opened the day of move in but there was an electrical problem which closed the room. After about a week of waiting we asked when it would be open and was told "we dont know" Just yesterday I went to the office and was able to obtain the key for this wokout room, which required a $25 deposit just to get it. The pool which was promised to be heated on the 15th of october is still ice cold. Upon questioning the management we were told that they "didnt Know" when the pool was actually going to start being heated. The Spa was another issue, for the first month or so there was a closed sign on the door leading to it. When asked why, we were told that there was a leak and that it was suppost to be fixed 2 weeks prior, again they "didnt know" when it would be avalable for use. Currently the closed sign on the spa door has been removed but the locks on the door leading to it have changed. This now LOCKED door leads to the spa, pool showers, pool bathroom, and sauna. Lastly when the door WAS unlocked we were able to check out the sauna. It was horrible. the Knobs on the controll panel were renoved so the only way to turn it on would have been with a wrench. Also the switch which turns on the light in the sauna was missing, so even if you used a wrentch, all you'd have was a dark hot wooden box. The appartment we have is great, no complaints whatsoever, but this complex would be alot more appealing if ALL of its ammenities were functioning.
