This place is definatly no walk in central park, but for the location and the cheap ass rent I am getting, I would recommend it. I have already recommended a few of my buddys and they even paid me for it. Yea there are little mexican children that run around everywhere and the poor maintenance guys are always ------ riggin ---- because the management company is cheap. I can't complain about the apartment, everything works and was clean. Parking sucks ass for sure and there are gaping holes in the parking lot and poor maintenance guys have to fill them every few months. I could complain about a few more little things, but all in all, it ain't as bad a everyone make it out to be.

I bet your friends want to kick your ass! And the way you keep saying 'poor maintenance guys, makes me think you are probably living with one of them!! Give me a break....pppppuuuuulllleeeeaaaasssseeeee!!!!!!
