This place does not have clean apartments. Their are bug problems and even after the landlord is notified that one of the tenants is not keeping their place clean and therefore roaches are spreading through the complex the landlord does nothing. They let you live this way. They don't have the bug man put immediate attention to this problem. The place has dogs (big mean dogs) roaming free in the courtyard, a pool that has been closed half of the summer, unkept parking lot, trash bins in the parking lot full for 2 weeks, not adherensive to the quiet time contract that you signed and 7 families living in some one bedroom apartments who are allowed to be as loud and disreprutive as they want to to be to their neighbors. There was a shooting and a place that is not fit whatsoever for kids to be at.
