No Way ! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Horrible Parking ! theres 200 cars for 150 spaces it seems, management stinks, maitnance is slow and consists of one maitnance man, grounds are dirty, i've been woken by tweakers rumiging through trash cans, have found a crack pipe in the parking lot. No Lie! cars been broken into multiple cars have been stolen location is right on I17 acces road so u hear EVERYTHING no gates so anyone can walk through which they do at all hours of the night. all appliances old AC broke multiple times toilets hardly flush water pressure problems in showers not a nice place at all Plus they just increased there rates !
