Canyon Woods

 

When I first moved here I had a studio for 925(2 1/2 years ago) then I moved into one bedroom for 1240 a month, and then I moved into a two bedroom for 1600 a month.

I was renewing my lease and I guess they have a new poroperty manager and they boosted my rent to 1895!! RIP OFF.I was so angry that they did this to me after I lived here so long.

Maintenance is great they are so nice and speedy.The place is beautiful atleast the landscaping is and the huge backyards but dont be fooled.They use everything cheap, the bathtubs are not even porceilon my blinds constantly fall off for no reason, it is bug infested, im talking crickets comming out of my drain and tons of potatoe bugs on my patio(if you dont know what that is I suggest to look it up, its like jurassic park bug) and when I first moved in within that month a spider egg hatched and I had literally it looked like a hundred spiders on my wall and I am scared of bugs like no other.

I had them come spray it but there has been no changes, I have to close my drains so crickets dont crawl out of it! The walls are very thin and can hear everything your neighbor does.

I pay 1895 for a 2 bedroom and I get a stackable washer and dryer, that is ridiculous, I should get a full washer and dryer( I was ok with the stackables at when I paid 1600) The only reason I resigned the lease was because I could not afford to move and pay new deposit, uhaul exc...Yes this place is beauitufl but has so many problems.

OH I almost forgot, the jacuzi by the leasing office never works! For this price i suggest you go to Stoneridge in Dublin near the Stoneridge mall, they are the same prices but you get a movie theatre in the complex, free yoga lesson in an acual yoga room, huge gymn, bbq area, a bathtub 3 times the size of canyon woods you could probably fit 3 people in it, if you get a 2 bedroom you get 3 balconies, a WINDOW in the kitchen, a ceilining fan in each room, full size washer and dryer, NO BUGS, right across from the stoneridge mall and bart.

This is where I am moving to in July, so long canyon woods its been crappy!
