WORST TWO YEARS OF MY LIFE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   We moved in by the spa that was in the process of getting fixed, thought it would be really neat to be right by the spa. After many calls to the office they gave us the run around all the time. After two years of living there the spa was filled with rocks, really they had a guy come with a truckload of rocks and filled it. Also a week after we moved in they changed the bbq grills to charcoal wich used to b propane. Ahh the biggest problem ROACHES ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES GUNFIRE and drug dealers looking to unload there stash on u. Crakheads hookers slime all the time. I smoke so one out of three times id b outside smoking someone would ask hey bro got a smoke. At the end of our lease we had new nieghbors move in upstairs o boy they would come and steal cigarette butts from our ashtray no joke. Our nieghbors had there grill stolen my roomate had his truck almost stolen. There was never any grass where there was supposed to b lol. Laundry room ac never worked like a sauna in there. Parking terrible if you came in late on a friday or saturday night u had to park way in the back and hope you didnt get mugged on the one mile hike back to your appartment. The cops were always there wich was nice. We had a peeping tom for a couple of weeks untill the cops got him. Noise wasnt bad at all inside the appartment outside lots of kids the dam bus stop right outside our appartment kids fighting and yelling throwing rocks acting tough. If u enjoy helicopters this is your complex police copter was always overhead and nearbye. I quess they got new managment and decided to paint the appartments well thats been going on for months now and a terrible job they are doing. Our facets in the bathroom leaked never got fixed right the bathroom cieling collapsed from upstair leak fixed half a-s. Paperwork was always screwed up with monthly payments we always had to keep a copy of the check we turned in for rent because they would say you didnt pay. Overall dont believe anything these guys tell you or better yet visit that place at night time take a walk around.
