The maintenance staff is non-exsistent and the office could not possibly care less about any little issue you may have. Noise is awful and immigration should start looking into why there are 6 adults in a 1 bedroom. There are a lot of apartments in Phoenix that are affordable just take a little more time and you can find a place you can afford.
