Look for yourself, I have had no problems. Staff is great, maintenance is courtious and fast. I think people who live misarable lifes want to find someone or something to blame, and it is apauling that they take it out on Casa Tierra.

Wow...i think its a bit messed up for you to say its because people live miserable lives and thats why they have the view of this complex. It may be that way. it may not be. I myself had a fine life and just had a horrible, alcoholic, bitter man for a neighbor and another who lived next to me who was arrested for child abuse in front of me. I hated it there for THOSE reasons

You are either oblivious or are just used to dirty and filthy places. That place is a dump and the poeple who live ther are rude. Im so happy I moved into Empirian on Central, now you want to talk about friendly staff and wonderfull neighbors. Oh and almost everyday some is painting or cleaning the grounds.
