Beer cans everywhere, puke on the side walk, blasting music all of the time, low security, can't take a walk at night with out threat of gang rape by a group of various drunk-Hispanic men, they go in your home with no prior written notice, pool is always a wreck, water bill is outrageous, kids run wild in the parking lot (never being supervised) and will jump in front of your car, hot water breaks all of the time and is unavailable, and there is an obvious prejudice towards anyone not Hispanic by the other tenants and the staff. Dryers break down frequently, only ask for your money back if you want to get a warning from the office about something (anything really). No complaint in this place goes unpunished. Prices are always going up and rent has been raised many times in the past couple of years. Be carefull, because they wont tell you that this is about to happen. Next thing you know, there will be a notice on your door telling you that you owe $100 worth of late rent payments. The price to own a single pet is outragous. Its amazing the cost that a white person will have to pay in down payments and pet rent to own a couple of animals. Yet there are many studio apartments with more than 6 --------- living in them, and the office never says a word' Another thing are the little fines that are given out for various broken rules. No working on your car in the parking lot - if you are white and get caught doing it. You will recieve a $50 fine. But if youre hispanic, then feel free to tune up your truck right in front of the office with no words spoken to you about it. I know that I come across sounding like a big racist, believe me that this is not the case. I just want to give out a warning to any white or wealthy looking person who debates moving in here. You Will get treated differently and they WILL try and get "extra" money out of you for all kinds of reasons and excuses. Sorry to sound so negative :( g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Unfortunately that is the way these apartment complexes work around here ALL OF THEM. This area is dominated by ---------, the places we live are ran by --------- and there is a difference. I have yet to be in a place of business in this area where I can stand in line without being shocked that a hispanic that just walked through the door walks right in front of everyone and thinks he/she is better than the people standing in line. Instead of the cashier saying something to him, they just help him. Then if you try to say something to him/her they pretend they cannot speak english. They have a spanish speaking grocery store where people that are not spanish speaking cannot go, yet you see them at wal-mart instead. This whole area is ridiculous and regardless of who is the majority and who is the minority, there is prejudice in this area, and guess what? It's against caucasians.

hello you guys I would just like to add myself to that list and guess what im hispanic but Im mexican american not from mexico and believe me i get treated the same as you. my car has been broken into at 1pm in the afternoon my and my naighbors cars were keyed i had 6 gang bangers banging down my door looking for someone who doesnt live here. oh but i get treated like a commen criminal when im one day late paying my rent. the manager who has no life is in everyones personal business yet has no clue what is going on with the brake in's and all the other problems that this complex has. so i would like to say im with you guys and if your not mexican born then you are also treated like crap.
