I lived at Cedar Ridge for one year, and couldn't wait for my lease to expire. Most apartments were occupied by young college kids who threw parties all night. In fact the apartment adjacent to mine had 5 guys and 3 girls living in it, and when I complained management said there wasn't anything they could do about it. The side gate was always broken and I had a terrible time with pest control. I had to park on the street most of the time I lived there because parking was so bad. Crime was also a problem. We heard that the apartment was gated because a child was kidnapped and murdered from the complex a year before we moved in. Not to mention the shooting of the police officer across the street.
If I had to say one positive thing about Cedar Ridge it would be that you get a large apartment for little money-but ask why the apartments are so cheap.
