I dont know why. check this, inspect that.This was a mostly --- complex in the past.The new owner who is straight, has exploited that history to get the --- dollar. Mama always said "never trust someone who can't look you in the eye" and this guy can't. Dont expect your security deposit back either. He finds all kinds of ways to keep it.
