Management will nickle and dime you for every little stupid thing that is normal wear and tear. If your walls are dirty or have a ding on them, they will repaint your entire apartment and charge you for it. They will also try to charge you prices higher than stated as 'cleaning fees' in the lease. If you have a pet make doubly sure to go on the walkthrough as they will try to charge you bogus 'pet carpet cleaning' fees. I have lived in three different apartments before this and have always gotten my full deposit back until Citi, where they would only give me about 35% back! It's completely retarded so save yourself the problems and make sure to ask to walk through with them.

Had another issue with grounds, lights constantly burned out or broken, taking months to replace. Most people that have lived there for a long time say the complex maintenance has gone to crap, even though it still looked fine to me. The construction is class A look but with a B-C feel after you've been in it for a while. It is true what they say about the carpet tacks coming up and poking your feet and how if your neighbor is talking too loud you can hear them.

Other than that, living experience was pleasant, people that live there were mostly cool. Had really good upstairs and downstairs neighbors, never heard them. Most people in the leasing office are cool, it's just the upper management (Colleen) that you can tell is burned out and doesn't give a crap anymore.
